* Rail Systems: Electrification & Plant works, reactive and planned maintenance.
With a strong track record in Civils Asset Management CAM, Renewals Enhancement Framework REF, and Slabtrack frameworks, we thrive on delivering exceptional results across Scotland’s rail network.
Responsibilities
* Lead the pre-contract team and associated bid management activities, ensuring timely, high-quality submissions.
* Oversee prequalification documentation and tender appraisals.
* Collaborate with senior leadership to identify and capitalise on business opportunities.
* Foster a culture of continuous improvement by analysing post-tender feedback and implementing lessons learned.
* Coordinate multi-disciplinary bid teams and mentor authors to produce compelling, client-focused submissions.
* Develop and implement streamlined submission processes to optimise efficiency.
Qualifications
* A proven track record in pre-contract/pre-construction management within rail or civil engineering sectors (Tier 1 or 2).
* Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire collaborative teamwork.
* A deep understanding of multi-disciplinary rail projects and civil engineering markets.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Commercial acumen and a results-driven mindset.
