* Drive long-term technology planning and sourcing to deliver market-leading product performance.
* Lead margin improvement and product lifecycle management in line with brand and commercial objectives.
* Enhance core product quality and desirability by elevating formulation, packaging, and sensorial attributes to exceed consumer expectations and competitive benchmarks.
