Role Description
This is a part‑time, on‑site position located in the London Area, United Kingdom. The Speech and Language Therapist will evaluate and develop treatment plans for children and young people experiencing communication, speech, and language challenges. Daily responsibilities include conducting assessments of speech and language skills, implementing therapy sessions, and providing parent training to support therapy continuity. Collaboration with a multidisciplinary team and a commitment to innovative and integrated care are key aspects of this role.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in Speech Therapy and Speech intervention techniques
* Experience working with Dysphagia and related swallowing difficulties
* Expertise in diagnosing and treating Communication Disorders
* Understanding of interventions for Language Disorders and associated developmental delays
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams
* Ability to create customized therapy plans and home treatment programs
* Relevant professional certification and registration as a Speech and Language Therapist
* Experience working with children and young people, particularly with sensory and motor challenges, is advantageous
