Role Overview
You will be the face of our business, greeting and serving customers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and professional manner. Your attentiveness and interest in our customers' needs will help you learn about our products to assist them effectively.
Role Responsibilities
1. Greet and thank customers warmly, ensuring they have a memorable experience.
2. Provide exceptional service, helping customers find products suitable for them both in-store and across our channels.
3. Process sales, orders, and refunds efficiently at the tills.
4. Assist with deliveries, stock replenishment, and shop floor setup.
5. Maintain shop cleanliness and organization.
6. Stay updated on company promotions and activities.
7. Support floor moves, sale setups, and launches.
8. Follow all company policies and GDPR procedures.

Experience
1. Experience in customer service is desirable but not essential.
