For the right person, this role offers a clear and realistic path to Manager level as the firm continues to grow.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and develop financial models across a range of transaction types and corporate finance mandatesSupport deal teams across M&A, debt advisory, restructuring and other advisory projectsAssist in translating financial data into clear outputs for clients and senior stakeholdersContribute to the review and quality assurance of modelling workSupport pitch and proposal development, bringing modelling insight to new business activityWork closely with senior team members to ensure modelling outputs align with deal strategyWhat You'll NeedEssential:Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent)Financial modelling experience gained within corporate finance, transaction services or a similar advisory environmentBig 4 or equivalent training preferredStrong analytical ability with excellent attention to detailComfortable working across multiple projects in a fast-paced environmentDesirable:Exposure to a range of transaction types including M&A, debt advisory or restructuringExperience working on cross-border or multi-jurisdictional transactionsWhy ApplyThis is an exceptional platform for an ambitious Assistant Manager looking to accelerate their corporate finance career.
