HR Generalist – Quant-Driven Hedge Fund – London

Key responsibilities:
1. Lead and enhance the firm’s cultural and operational HR frameworks, ensuring that values and ways of working are consistently embedded across teams and geographies.
2. Partner with senior management on strategic people initiatives, including performance and compensation cycles, employee engagement, and leadership development.
3. Own end-to-end HR operations, including lifecycle management, payroll review, visa and relocation processes, and automation of HR systems.
4. Support team leads in managing team performance and fostering high-performing, cohesive teams.
