A leading legal 500 law firm are seeking an experienced Senior Residential Conveyancer to join their growing Conveyancing team in Thatcham. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic professional to manage a varied caseload and contribute to business development in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage a diverse caseload of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion.
* Promote the firm through business networking, building relationships, and generating new business leads.
About You
* 5+ years' PQE in residential conveyancing (CILEX, Licensed Conveyancer, or equivalent considered).
* Proven business development skills with the ability to generate your own pipeline.
* Proactive approach to business development, with a keen interest in contributing to the team’s growth.
