The Carpenters Arms, nestled in the beautiful farmland surrounding Tonbridge in Kent, has just re-opened after an extensive refurbishment. Our countryside destination pub, with 9 recently refurbished guest rooms, offers the best of British seasonal cuisine alongside a range of premium wines, international lagers, well-conditioned ales, and excellent personal service from our small, friendly, and professional team. We serve great food daily and have a busy bar welcoming locals, ramblers, visitors, and their four-legged friends. There are no strangers here, only friends we haven’t met yet.

What we look for in a Chef de Partie:
We are seeking an experienced Chef de Partie looking for their next step, with a passion and flair for producing quality, fresh food in a welcoming environment. The successful candidate will:
* Have experience championing excellent service through quality food
* Demonstrate a passion for delivering fantastic food every time
* Be an active, hands-on Chef de Partie / Kitchen Supervisor
* Show willingness to learn new skills, be an active team player with excellent communication skills
* Work alongside the Head Chef to design and deliver new dishes for menus and specials
* Demonstrate great planning and organizational skills to maintain effective controls regarding GP and labour
* Have a proactive approach to driving sales and growth through engagement with kitchen and front-of-house teams
