Alongside this, there is a competitive package on offer, including a solid basic salary (depending on experience), uncapped commission, and a guaranteed earning level during your initial period. There are also additional earning opportunities through referrals, as well as a structured working pattern with alternate Saturdays and time off in lieu.
Skills & Experience
* Welcome and support new applicants, taking the time to understand their needs and build strong, lasting relationships
* Carry out property viewings, helping clients feel comfortable while highlighting what makes each home right for them
* Support buyers and sellers through discussions and decisions, aiming for outcomes that work well for everyone involved
* Keep all parties updated throughout the process, helping ensure a smooth and well-managed journey to completion
* Deliver a positive, professional experience at every stage, building trust and encouraging repeat business and referrals
Roles & Responsibilities
* Previous experience in sales or a customer-facing role ideal
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Ability to build rapport quickly and deliver excellent customer service
* Comfortable working in a corporate environment
