Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, developing strategies to secure them successfully
Building strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored proposals, quotes, and pricing
Maintaining and growing relationships with current clients, achieving a 10% annual growth rate on accounts through upselling and cross-selling
Communicating effectively with clients, addressing concerns, resolving issues, and managing expectations
Creating and achieve sales forecasts, actively working towards meeting and exceeding targets
Using bespoke internal software for quoting and pricing
Skills and Qualifications Required:
Proven track record in business development or sales roles, within the energy sector
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to present tailored solutions
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple clients and priorities
Familiarity with sales software and a proactive approach to learning bespoke systems
Willingness to travel for client visits and industry events
