Role Description:
We are seeking a versatile and motivated individual to join our team as a PMO Support Analyst. This role combines project management office (PMO) responsibilities with recruitment support functions, offering a diverse and challenging opportunity for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Ensure timely and accurate time & expense reporting across Hanover projects.
2. Progress and track Hanover’s Statements of Work (SOWs) & Purchase Order (PO) pipeline.
3. Provide administrative support to the Engagement & Resource Managers.
Qualifications:
1. Support experience in PMO, digital contract recruitment, or IT consultancy.
2. Understanding of digital recruitment within central government and familiarity with Digital Data & Technology (DDAT) job functions.
3. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Suite.
6. Strong Excel skills and commercial acumen.
7. Detail-oriented, proactive, and a good problem solver.
8. Self-starter, operating within a remote, Results Only Working Environment (ROWE).
9. Ability to travel for monthly team and occasional client meetings in the UK.
