Job Title: Senior Residential Support Worker / Team Leader Provision: Children’s Home (EBD), 4-bed service, ages 7–17 Location: Chorley Reporting to: Deputy Manager / Registered Manager Pay: £16 per hour Sleep-ins: £65 per sleep-in (c.10 per month) Attendance Bonus: £100 per month Shift Pattern: 2 on / 4 off (condensed shifts) Overtime: Available if desired, paid at 1.3x hourly rate Potential take-home: £39,300 Qualification Required: Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent) Please note: Level 3 Health and Social Care is not deemed equivalent for this role.
