For Purpose Aged Care are seeking a Systems Transformation Project Lead to drive an organisation‑wide workforce and finance systems transformation that frees our frontline and support teams to focus on what matters most — delivering exceptional resident care.
This role is pivotal in modernising how we work, enabling safe, scalable growth, and embedding user‑friendly systems that create more time to care.

You will lead one of the most significant transformation programs in our organisation’s history. Your work will streamline processes, uplift data and system capability, and deliver integrated HR, WFM, payroll, and finance systems that improve visibility, accuracy, and operational efficiency.
By championing co‑design, strong governance and practical adoption, you’ll help our teams embrace new ways of working that directly enhance the resident experience.
About the Role
* Lead end‑to‑end delivery of the workforce and finance systems transformation program
* Own the integrated delivery plan across HR, onboarding, WFM, payroll and finance
* Establish and run program governance, ensuring fast, high‑quality decision‑making
* Manage scope, budget, risks, dependencies and change control
* Coordinate cross‑functional workstreams across process, data, technology, testing and change
* Oversee data readiness, migration, integrations and end‑to‑end testing
* Lead cutover planning, rehearsals, hypercare and transition to BAU
* Partner with operations and Homes to co‑design practical, frontline‑friendly solutions
* Drive adoption through training, communications, pilots and wave rollouts
* Track benefits such as time saved, payroll accuracy and workforce visibility
* Embed sustainable governance, documentation and continuous improvement
* Support safe work practices and contribute to a positive, values‑driven culture
What you will bring
* Tertiary qualification in Business, Technology, HR, Finance or related field
* Project management qualification desirable
* Hands‑on leadership of complex HRIS, WFM, rostering or payroll transformations
* Strong delivery discipline across planning, RAID management and execution cadence
* Expertise in data migration, integrations, testing and cutover
* Ability to build alignment across executives, operations, IT, HR, Finance and vendors
* Clear, confident communication across technical, operational and frontline audiences
* Experience in aged care, healthcare or multi‑site operational environments (desirable)
* Ability to travel to Homes and interstate as required
* Current Police Check and compliance
