Pay: £12.21 per hour

We are looking for a motivated individual to join a large manufacturing company as a Factory Labourer. This is an excellent opportunity to learn new skills and progress within a growing business.
What you’ll be doing:
* Working within the warehouse and learning the full manufacturing process.
* Looking after the product throughout production.
* Operating machinery (full training provided).
* Supporting skilled tradespeople and following instructions.
What we’re looking for:
* Previous experience in Production, Labouring, or Assembly is desirable.
* Strong work ethic and good attendance record.
* Ability to work independently and in small teams.
* Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
