Talent Acquisition Partner role at Trip.com Group, based in Edinburgh. Trip.com Group is a leading global travel service provider comprising Trip.com, Ctrip, Skyscanner, and Qunar. The company operates four Customer Service Centres in Japan, Korea, the UK, and the Philippines, providing 24/7 customer service in 19 languages. The organization has over 30,000 employees across 30 countries and is expanding in Europe. The HR Generalist will have administrative and strategic responsibilities to support employee wellbeing, training and development, compensation and benefits, and employee relations within a multilingual customer service department.

Responsibilities
* Partner closely with the business to understand job requirements and source for relevant candidates from various platforms.
* Manage the entire recruitment process using the ATS platform, including position administration, candidate interview and evaluation arrangements, salary offers, and metrics reports.
* Coordinate interview scheduling with interviewers and candidates.
* Ensure compliance with applicable legal requirements and Trip.com’s Talent Acquisition policies and procedures.
* Maintain the applicant tracking system with regular updates to candidate profiles by tags and filters.
* Research and recommend improvements to the workflow and interface of the ATS and career site.
* Assist in recruitment-related projects such as talent mapping of candidate markets within specific requirements.
* Provide ad-hoc support for other recruitment-related tasks.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree or higher.
* At least 3 years of experience in recruitment.
* Experience with contact centre recruitment is an advantage.
* Good learning attitude, self-motivated and organized.
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with stakeholders and communicate effectively at all levels.
* Basic knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
* Self-starter with the ability to think creatively and solve problems.
* Ability to thrive in a busy environment, juggle priorities, and adapt quickly.
* High adaptability and resourcefulness to navigate a fast-paced and growing environment.
* Ability to work effectively in a matrixed environment.
