Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and visionary Chef Manager to lead our operations in Uttoxeter, United Kingdom. * Provide strategic leadership and direction to the organisation, setting clear goals and ensuring alignment with company vision and values
* Oversee all operational aspects of the business, including day-to-day management, resource allocation, and process optimisation
* Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, profit and loss accountability, and cost control initiatives
* Lead, motivate, and develop the management team and staff, conducting regular appraisals and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development
* Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements, health and safety legislation, and company policies across all operations
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners to enhance the organisation's reputation and market position
* Analyse business performance data and market trends to identify opportunities for innovation and growth
* Implement strategic initiatives and manage change effectively to drive business transformation
* Champion a customer-focused approach, ensuring service excellence and customer satisfaction at all times
* Promote an inclusive, supportive, and collaborative working environment where all team members feel valued and empowered
Qualifications
* Strong financial acumen with demonstrated experience in P&L management, budgeting, and financial analysis
* Excellent people management and leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop teams
* Strategic thinking and business development expertise with the ability to identify growth opportunities
* Comprehensive knowledge of health, safety, and compliance requirements relevant to the business sector
* Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels
* Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities with a decisive, results‑oriented approach
* Experience in change management and implementing operational improvements
* Proficiency in performance management and staff appraisal processes
