We are looking for an experienced Senior Service Technician to join their front line. This is a role for someone who values ownership and quality over constant firefighting, taking responsibility for keeping complex, engineered systems performing exactly as intended.
Your Impact
System Ownership: Own the diagnosis and resolution of technical issues across live systems, ensuring long-term reliability.
Hands-on Excellence: Commission, test, and maintain audio, video, networked, and control systems to the highest standards.
Client Representation: Act as a technically confident point of contact on-site, explaining resolutions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Proactive Maintenance: Deliver scheduled service visits, perform firmware updates, and manage programming modifications.
Collaborative Growth: Support project delivery and final installation stages while sharing knowledge to reduce single-point-of-failure risks.
What You Bring
Technical Depth: Strong understanding of signal flow and device configuration with hands-on experience in networking and DSPs.
Platform Knowledge: Familiarity with industry leaders such as Q-Sys, Epson, Panasonic, BrightSign, or PIXERA.
Documentation Literacy: Confidence reading and interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and rack layouts.
Mindset: A methodical problem-solver who remains calm under pressure and is motivated to stay current as technologies evolve.
