Salary: £24,900 per annum

Hours: TBC

We’re looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Success Executive to join our clients growing Customer Success team.

In this role, you’ll support customers throughout their journey with our clients’ products and services, helping them achieve their goals while delivering an exceptional experience at every touchpoint.

Your responsibilities will include:

* Supporting the onboarding of new customers to ensure a smooth and positive experience
* Responding to customer enquiries promptly and professionally via email, phone, and chat
* Assisting with customer training sessions and webinars
* Supporting Senior Customer Success Managers with client accounts and value delivery
* Monitoring customer health metrics and escalating issues where appropriate
* Identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling based on customer needs
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records within CRM systems
* Preparing reports and updates for internal stakeholders
* Working closely with Growth, Project Management, and Support teams to resolve customer challenges
* Building strong relationships with customers and internal teams
* Assisting with documenting processes and capturing customer feedback

Skills/ Experience Required:

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Customer service or administration skills is required for this role
* Strong relationship-building ability
* A proactive, problem-solving mindset
* Great organisational skills and attention to detail
* Effective time management and ability to prioritise workload
* Self-motivated and eager to take ownership
* Competent in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
* Able to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity
