About Our Client

Job Description
* Support the end-to-end returns process including refund, replacements and repairs.
* Help maintain accurate records of returned items, refunds and replacement, ensuring proper documentation throughout the entire process.
* Work with suppliers on the return of stock, repairs, and credits to ensure the needs of the customer are met, collaborating to resolve any issues relating to returns promptly.
* Assist as a point of contact and help build strong relationships with the 3PL warehouse
* Support monitoring of the 3PL's performance to ensure contractual obligations are met concerning receiving, storage, order fulfilment, and shipping accuracy.
* Help with site visits to the 3PL warehouse to review returns locations and ensure damaged stock returns are managed efficiently.
The Successful Applicant
* Relevant experience in a customer facing logistics role
* ERP experience, ideally Business Central/D365
* Highly organised and detail oriented person
* Full understanding of order returns processes
