Restaurant Manager - Mill House Beefeater - Red hill (Fixed Term until 3rd September 2026)
Salary: £38,200-£40,500.
Reporting to: General Manager.
Overview
Our Restaurant Managers play a pivotal part in the daily success and running of the restaurant. It’s all about creating a winning team and delivering the best service to our guests.
Responsibilities
* Support the General Manager in the recruitment, induction and onboarding of new team members.
* Demonstrate leadership with a hands‑on approach and effective communication, engaging and motivating the team through pre‑shift briefs.
* Drive high individual performance through regular one‑to‑ones and coaching, ensuring they understand their goals.
* Maintain high standards and thrive in a high volume, fast‑paced environment.
* Show passion for the brand, ensuring the team is knowledgeable and confident.
* Manage labour and cost margins effectively, drive sales and revenue, and use guest feedback to maximise opportunities.
* Champion change and implement it with the team.
