About the Opportunity
This structured training programme provides immediate, hands‑on exposure to the core pillars of our business: team leadership, commercial business development, campaign delivery, and strategic growth. Working side‑by‑side with experienced Directors, you will gain unparalleled insight into commercial decision‑making, performance management, and operational planning. Key Responsibilities
* Drive and execute local business development initiatives and live client campaigns.
* Learn the fundamentals of people management, motivating and leading teams through direct collaboration with senior management.
* Monitor individual and team KPIs, identifying commercial trends and areas for growth.
* Play a pivotal role in our expansion activities, including launching new markets outside of the West Midlands.
* Build a robust professional network through internal leadership training and external industry events.
