To be successful in the role, you'll have previous experience in leading a team in a dynamic retail or hospitality environment. You'll champion our mission and values to create our Starbucks experience for our customers and partners. Working closely with your store manager, you'll get to know your market and the competition to identify opportunities to drive store profitability and your business forward. You'll be an ambassador for our partner networks, making sure our partners know, here they belong. The best part about this role is that no two days are ever the same!
