This role is for someone who knows how to make brands feel native to TikTok and consistently create viral moments.
What You Will Do
Content Execution
* Plan and execute daily TikTok content
* Turn ideas into filmed and edited output quickly
* Jump on trends and adapt them to brands
* Maintain consistent content volume
Viral Content Creation
* Create content designed to:
o Stop the scroll
o Drive engagement
o Go viral
* Test multiple hooks and formats
* Iterate quickly based on performance
Platform Management
* Manage TikTok accounts day-to-day
* Schedule, post and optimise content
* Engage with comments and community
* Support live content and campaigns
Creative Thinking
* Bring ideas proactively
* Spot trends early and act fast
* Think about content from a user perspective
* Balance brand with entertainment
Performance Tracking
* Track what content is working
* Learn from wins and losses
* Feed insights back into content creation
How You’ll Work

Essential
* Experience creating TikTok content (personal or brand)
* Strong understanding of what makes content go viral
* Confident filming and editing
* Ability to produce high volumes of content
* Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
Desirable
* Experience with TikTok Shop
* Experience in fashion, beauty or lifestyle
* On-camera confidence
