We are looking for a proactive and highly organised MARAC Co-ordinator to join our Adult Safeguarding team and play a key role in the multi-agency response to high-risk domestic abuse.You will be responsible for the coordination and administration of the Multi-Agency Risk Assessment Conference (MARAC), ensuring that meetings run smoothly and that partner agencies are supported to share information effectively. This role is central to ensuring timely, safe, and coordinated responses to individuals at risk.Key Responsibilities will include:
* Coordinate and facilitate MARAC meetings, ensuring all relevant documentation is prepared and distributed.
* Maintain accurate records of referrals, actions, and outcomes using appropriate systems.
* Build and maintain strong working relationships with a wide range of partner agencies.
* Monitor compliance with MARAC protocols and escalate concerns where necessary.
* Support the development of MARAC processes, including data analysis and reporting to strategic groups.
* Provide advice and guidance to professionals making MARAC referrals.
Experience working in a safeguarding, domestic abuse, or multi-agency setting.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
* Strong IT skills and experience using case management systems.
* A good understanding of domestic abuse and safeguarding legislation and practice.
