Key Responsibilities:
As Director of Sales in Cambridge, you’ll lead from the front to drive performance and results:
13. Oversee daily sales operations to maximise revenue and client satisfaction
14. Generate leads, attend meetings, negotiate contracts, and represent the business at trade shows
15. Monitor corporate accounts and address any performance declines
16. Manage RFPs across corporate and consortia segments
17. Analyse GDS reports to strengthen meetings and conference business
18. Produce performance reports for senior leadership
19. Support pricing strategy and forecasting with the wider team
20. Collaborate closely with the revenue function to optimise rates
