Proven ability to retain and grow client portfolios, alongside generating new business opportunities. Experience dealing with insurance markets and insurers, including placement activity. Hands-on line management experience, including coaching and personal development oversight. Strong knowledge of compliance responsibilities, including FCA requirements and Consumer Duty. Technical knowledge of insurance products, with the ability to present confidently to clients or internal audiences. Strong interpersonal, communication, planning, organisational, and time management skills. Confident in using relevant client management systems and software. Innovative and creative problem-solving skills, demonstrating impact on client service or business development. Desirable Professional insurance qualification (ACII) or working towards.
