What You'll Bring: Proven experience delivering Electronic Patient Record (EPR) implementations within NHS Trusts, especially with Nervecentre EPR or equivalent. Deep understanding of patient pathways, clinical workflows, and NHS standards. Expertise in clinical and administrative process redesign, ensuring seamless system integration with platforms like PAS, NHS App, and EDMS. Strong knowledge of interoperability standards such as FHIR and HL7. Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills, capable of managing complex change projects. Skilled in change management, training delivery, and benefits realisation. Certification in PRINCE2 Foundation or similar project management methodologies. Demonstrated resilience and adaptability in dynamic healthcare environments. Nice to Have: Additional experience with Microsoft Office, Project, Visio, or similar tools. Knowledge of NHS digital standards, cyber security, clinical safety, and accessibility requirements. Prior involvement in digital modernisation initiatives and service improvement agendas. Preferred Education and Experience: A Master's degree or equivalent in healthcare, IT, project management, or related fields. Extensive experience leading ICT-enabled change projects in healthcare settings. Other Requirements: Willingness to work in a hybrid environment with a flexible balance of office and remote work, with onsite presence to be agreed based on project needs.
