This is an exciting opportunity to support an independent group of individuals living in self-contained apartments with an open-plan communal area.
Responsibilities
* Provide emotional support to the people we support, who may be verbally and physically challenging at times, while staying cool, calm and resilient.
* Support individuals to live their best life, participate in activities, and engage in meals, outings, and social events with respect and inclusivity.
* Join a skilled, friendly team and contribute to a service led by a strong service leader; focus on fun, choice and inclusivity.
* Attend the recruitment process including an opportunity to visit the service and meet the team and people we support.
* Be willing to adapt to a full-on role and demonstrate a caring, patient approach that puts others first.
