We’re seeking a Business Unit Director to lead high-profile client relationships and deliver exceptional programmes across the UK, Ireland, and wider EMEA.
This is a rare chance to operate at the top of the data centre sector, managing a pipeline of over £200m and influencing some of the most ambitious capital projects in the industry.

Key Responsibilities
* Act as the senior lead for client relationships in Ireland, with wider oversight across the UK and EMEA.
* Develop and execute account strategies to strengthen partnerships and unlock future opportunities.
* Oversee the delivery of major projects, ensuring outcomes meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and risk management.
* Support business development activity through bids, sales, and market engagement.
* Provide strategic insight into industry trends to guide investment and growth plans.
* Lead, support, and mentor project managers and consultants to ensure consistently high performance.
* Play a central role in tendering processes, shaping winning approaches.
* Represent the organisation at industry events and maintain a strong presence with stakeholders.
About You
We’re looking for an accomplished leader with the presence and experience to make an immediate impact.
* 15+ years’ experience delivering large-scale infrastructure, data centres, or mission-critical programmes.
* Demonstrated success in managing senior client relationships and driving commercial outcomes.
* International experience working in high-pressure, fast-moving environments.
* Proven ability to lead and inspire multidisciplinary teams.
* Strong commercial awareness with the skill to balance delivery, sales, and operational leadership.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Degree-qualified in a built environment discipline (or equivalent).
* Professional memberships (e.g., RICS, APM) or equivalent experience.
