Job Title: Regional Facilities Contracts Manager
The Regional Facilities Contracts Manager is ultimately the owner of the FM business in the UK and will have full P&L responsibility for the FM section of King and Moffatt UK. The role includes executing current work and expanding the FM offering by collaborating with other sections of the company.
You will have responsibility for all aspects of the business from working with BD, through hiring; subcontracting; and operational management of the team, to provide the company with the required margins. King and Moffatt currently offers FM support to clients in healthcare, offices, data centres, warehousing and other facilities, providing primarily hard services. We expect to grow these sectors and expand into other sectors.
What You Will Do
As the Regional Facilities Contracts Manager, you will provide ongoing services to existing clients and expand the business through partnerships with our construction teams. You will create quotes for services delivered by direct employees and by subcontractors. You will ensure we meet and exceed relevant operations and maintenance standards across HVAC, generators, electrical services, fire protection systems and related areas.
While the UK business is already successful, you will actively expand the number of clients and the overall volume of services. This will be done primarily by working directly with our construction team leads, offering the company services to a range of existing and new clients. You are expected to be the key person in driving the delivery of this new work. You will lead a team of facilities professionals and report to the UK Business Unit Director. Your team will manage both the offering and the delivery of all facilities services on behalf of King and Moffatt.
Qualifications
* The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong track record of managing and delivering hard facility services to a range of clients.
* You will have the ability to show that you understand how to price and deliver facility services.
* Ability to demonstrate a good understanding of people management.
* There will be multiple jobs running concurrently across the UK, so you need to show you can manage many jobs at one time.
* MIWFM is an advantage, as is degree level qualifications in related fields. However, experience and a proven track record will also be considered.
