Department : Commercial Litigation Location : Manchester Role : Paralegal The Role: The role sits within Clyde & Co’s Commercial Litigation team and involves running a case load of debt recovery files in the county court and supporting the management of complex, high-value commercial litigation disputes. Responsibilities include drafting written submissions, conducting legal research, coordinating evidence and witness materials, and assisting with hearing preparation. The role requires good organisation skills and experience in dealing with large caseloads. Candidates will be expected toto be confident in communicating effectively with debtors and clients. Its collaborative, cross-office approach enables the delivery of seamless, strategic advice to multinational clients worldwide. Essential Skills & Experience Supporting fee earner with file management, document review, preparing reports and bundles. Providing administrative support in from of, but not limited to; updating systems and internal records. Proven track records of working effectively and efficiently to tight deadlines. Effective communicator, with the ability to liaise with both internal and external stakeholders. Excellent attention to detail and client service focused. Team player, sharing in team goals to provide excellent quality and efficiency of service, with a willingness to take on new responsibilities and challenges.
