We are recruiting an Income Generation Administrator to join our busy Income Generation team.
This vital role is part of a team of perfectionists who support our busy Income generation department to ensure that the day to day administration is delivered efficiently and effectively. You will play a key role in ensuring that our donations are recorded accurately and in a timely way on the fundraising data base (Donorflex) and ensure that all letters, fundraising packs and other donor information is produced accurately and sent on time. You will download payments from various web portals into our database ensuring that all information is correct.
You will also be required to use Combase, our Lottery System, to ensure all players’ records are updated, direct debits are allocated the correct player and new members are processed swiftly.
You will also work with our Electronic Point of Sale (EPOS) system to assist with stock management and fulfilment of our Christmas card mail order operation.
This is a busy and fast paced role. You will often be the first point of contact with our donors so excellent customer service skills are essential.
To be successful in this role you will have excellent organisational skills, a keen eye for detail and be able to build strong relationships easily with staff, volunteers and donors.
Experience of working for a charity would be an advantage, but your ability to demonstrate your fantastic all-round administration skills is essential.
You will need a flexible approach and must able to attend some fundraising events outside of normal working hours.
