About the role:
* £60,000 - £70,000 per annum

What you’ll be doing in this role:
* Oversee structural steel projects from design to installation
* Coordinate and manage the performance of key team members (Design, QS, Factory & Erection Supervisors)
* Lead project coordination meetings, ensuring priorities are clear and timelines are met
* Maintain visibility across design, procurement, fabrication, and installation schedules
* Support commercial decision-making and monitor project budgets alongside the QS
* Ensure factory output and site installation align with programme milestones
* Act as primary client contact during project delivery, representing the company professionally
* Drive collaboration and continuous improvement across teams
What you'll need for this role:
* Proven experience in structural steel or construction project delivery
* Strong leadership and team coordination skills
* Commercial awareness and understanding of budgeting and scheduling
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
* Ability to oversee multiple departments and resolve issues quickly
* Strong organisational skills and a results-driven mindset
