Working pattern: Hybrid, but flexible depending on team tasks and resources.
Weetabix Wednesday is a non-negotiable day where everyone comes into the office for business partnering and meetings.
We are dedicated to executing expansive IT/OT projects and programs with precision, ensuring they are completed on schedule, within budget, and aligned with our executives' and project sponsors' expectations. Our goal is to fully integrate these initiatives with the broader Weetabix strategy, including the IT/OT Roadmap, while adhering to the IT PMO Governance framework for consistent delivery.
(Please note the responsibilities listed below are not exhaustive):
* Deliver projects on time, on budget, and within scope.
* Work with IT and the business to ensure effective implementation, handover, and acceptance of change.
* Report to the IT PMO and ensure governance compliance with regular updates to the OT Programme Manager and Steering Group.
* Agree on project benefits and track them post-implementation.
* Manage a matrix project team, collaborate with external suppliers and staff to achieve project goals.
* Define and implement detailed delivery approaches for each project stage.
* Produce and own all project management deliverables using established methodologies.
* Maintain project plans, monitor timescales and budgets, report variances, and escalate issues as needed.
* Build resource plans and track resource utilization.
* Monitor risks and issues, and take mitigation steps.
* Identify stakeholders and develop communication plans.
* Work with the wider IT PMO team to review and improve processes.
Requirements:
* Knowledge of change management techniques.
* Project Management Certification (Prince2) or equivalent.
* Leadership and team management experience.
* Experience managing multiple complex projects or a program/portfolio of works.
