Facilities Helpdesk Administrator – Warrington Location: Warrington, WA3 Contract: 20th October 2025 – 28th February 2026 Rate: Up to £19.12per hour (Inside IR35) Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm (1-hour unpaid lunch) Application Deadline: 11:30am, Monday 13th October 2025 Overview We're looking for two Facilities Helpdesk Administrators to join a busy facilities management team based in Warrington. You'll be part of a supportive helpdesk environment responsible for coordinating maintenance requests and ensuring efficient service delivery for a portfolio of public sector sites. This role would suit someone with previous experience in facilities coordination, service desk support, or property maintenance administration. Key Responsibilities Manage work orders from start to finish, including scheduling and coordinating planned and reactive maintenance tasks. Accurately log service requests, incidents, and complaints, ensuring correct classification for reporting and trend analysis. Monitor, update, and escalate work orders to meet agreed service levels. Raise purchase orders and liaise with external suppliers to ensure timely service delivery. Maintain a strong understanding of facilities management systems (e.g. Maximo or similar). Stay informed of contract updates and share information with colleagues. Resolve customer issues professionally in line with internal procedures. Support additional projects and contracts as needed. Candidate Requirements Essential: Experience in a facilities management, helpdesk, or customer service environment (1 year preferred). Strong organisational skills and excellent time management. Reliable, adaptable, and able to work effectively in a team. Confident communication skills with a professional attitude. Desirable: Familiarity with CAFM or helpdesk software such as Maximo. Experience handling maintenance requests or service coordination. Additional Information Fully on-site role based in Warrington. Monday to Friday working hours – no weekends.
