Hire Resolve, an established recruitment firm, is seeking a highly skilled Personal Tax Manager to join a client's team. As a Personal Tax Manager, you will be responsible for providing expert tax advice and services to our individual clients.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement tax planning strategies for individual clients
* Prepare and review complex personal tax returns
* Research and interpret tax regulations and legislation
* Provide guidance and support on tax-related matters to clients and internal teams
* Stay updated with changes in tax laws and regulations
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
* Manage and supervise a team of tax professionals
Requirements
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in personal tax planning and compliance
* Strong understanding of tax laws and regulations
* ACA or ACCA qualified
* Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
* Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks
