The Role
As a Commis Chef you will be given the opportunity to work on all sections of the kitchen, serving stylish modern food in a luxury, yet relaxed environment.
Using fresh produce with a seasonal changing menu and an emphasis on local produce.
As a Commis Chef, reporting to the Sous Chef, you will be responsible for the production of delectable dishes.
Sushi experience is advantageous .
The Person
You will take pride in your area and working for Beaverbrook, with outstanding attention to detail.
Your previous experience will encompass working in a 5* hotel or fine dining restaurant as a Commis Chef or Apprentice Chef.
Your qualifications will include Food Safety certificate, City & Guilds or equivalent Memberships of Chefs Association.
Shift Pattern This position will consist of 40 hours per week, working any 4/5 days out of 7.
The hours for this position will typically consist of: 09:00-23:00 or 15:00-23:00.
