Account Manager | Leading London Market Insurance Platform Provider


Are you an experienced Account Manager with a passion for Cloud/SaaS solutions and a strong understanding of the insurance or financial services landscape?

This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading London Market insurance platform provider experiencing significant growth and enterprise‑level expansion. With a rapidly growing client base across Lloyd’s and the wider London Market, they are scaling their Account Management function to support deeper, more strategic customer partnerships. If you thrive in a relationship‑driven, consultative environment and enjoy working closely with senior stakeholders across underwriting, broking, operations, and IT — this role will suit you perfectly.


The Role: Account Manager

Environment: Collaborative, non‑cut‑throat, long‑term growth focused


As an Account Manager, you will be the primary commercial and relationship lead for a portfolio of mid‑to‑large London Market clients using the enterprise SaaS platform. Your focus will be on retention, renewals, and revenue growth, supported by Sales, Product, Implementation, and Support teams. This is a growth hire — driven by increased demand, new enterprise clients, and the rollout of a next‑generation SaaS platform now adopted by over a third of the Lloyd’s market.


Key Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of 5–8 strategic accounts, maintaining account plans, stakeholder maps, and health metrics

Drive on‑time renewals, preparing proposals and mitigating churn risks

Identify and progress upsell and cross‑sell opportunities in partnership with Sales Lead QBRs, executive briefings, and adoption sessions to demonstrate ROI

Act as the client advocate, influencing product priorities and service expectations

Coordinate escalations with Support and Professional Services

Maintain accurate CRM data, revenue forecasts, and account health reporting


What We’re Looking For Candidates MUST have:

✔ Experience with Cloud / SaaS platforms ✔ Background in Insurance or Financial Services

✔ Ideally experience working for an InsurTech or insurance technology provider


Additionally:

Experience in Account management or customer success

Proven success managing renewals and growing complex accounts

CRM proficiency (HubSpot, Salesforce) + strong Excel/PowerPoint skills

Familiarity with Lloyd’s, carriers, brokers, MGAs is highly desirable
