Customer Happiness Associate (Part time / 3 month FTC)

As a Customer Happiness Associate, your primary focus will be to provide exceptional support to our customers by resolving their queries, primarily via email, in a way that delights with every interaction. Reporting to the Customer Happiness Team Lead, you will play a vital role in driving customer retention and happiness through thoughtful and effective communication. Additionally, you will serve as the voice of our customers, sharing their feedback and insights with other teams to ensure a seamless and outstanding customer experience.

Starting date: 1st July 2025

End date: 30th September 2025

20hs/week

Your mission

* Respond promptly and professionally to a high volume of customer inquiries across email, live chat, and various social media platforms.
* Communicate with empathy and clarity to maintain and achieve excellent customer satisfaction scores.
* Use SimplyCook’s customer service software, Dixa, to handle and resolve customer inquiries effectively.
* Achieving daily email response targets and meeting personal & team KPIs.
* Analyse and evaluate information to accurately report technical issues and bugs to your Team Lead.
* Continuously update and expand your knowledge of our products and services.
* Have a basic understanding of food safety and quality and be able to respond and escalate queries where required.
* Demonstrate flexibility and a collaborative attitude to assist other business departments as workload and priorities require.

Your profile

* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Previous customer service experience is preferred but not essential.
* Proficient in time management, organisation, and prioritisation.
* Excellent problem-solving abilities.
* A collaborative team player with a great sense of humour - an absolute must for us!
