Position Overview
We have an exciting opportunity for a knowledgeable and motivated Retail Branch Manager to lead the team at our busy branch in Crawley. The role offers competitive salary, pension and company benefits.
Location: Crawley. Working hours are 40 hours per week over 5 days, Monday to Friday with Saturday on a rota. Normal branch opening hours are Monday to Friday 7am‑5pm and Saturday 8am‑5pm.
Our Crawley store has been serving the local tradespeople and retail customers for over 60 years. Inside the branch you will find an impressive range of wallcoverings, trade and designer paints, specialist coatings and all the decorating accessories and equipment our customers need to complete their decorating projects.
Managing a team of 4 you will play a vital part in helping us serve customers and keep the branch running smoothly.

Qualifications & Experience
* Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and drive excellence.
* Exceptional customer service and communication skills to translate customer requirements into product recommendations.
* Previous experience in the Decorative Industry is an advantage but not essential; full training will be given to the right candidate.
* Approachable and friendly personality – happy to help both customers and colleagues.
* Enjoy working and supporting a team, but can also work independently.
* A proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating new business.
* Keen to learn, develop skills, and progress within the industry.
* Willingness to attend training to become a Fire ?
