The suitable candidate will be joining MX Reality as a Project Coordinator and will be involved in supporting the development and commercial arm of the business. We produce highly sophisticated technology-based solutions in fault-diagnostics as well as products & data visualisation systems.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinating the development of Virtual Environment / VR training based programmesDefine and setup project tasks and produce a project scheduleMonitoring, planning, scheduling and reporting on projectsWorking closely with clients to request and review project deliverablesEnsure quality assurance of project solutionsWorking with internal development teams, and senior managers to ensure successful project deliverySupporting the Development and Project Management team where required Pre-requisitesProven experience in project co-ordination of virtual reality, software development or similar fieldProven experience of scheduling/rostering personnel across multiple projectsProven experience of using a task management system (ClickUp/JIRA/Monday etc)Relevant project co-ordination qualification or training A proactive “can do” attitudeExcellent organisational skillsHighly proficient in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/Project)Ability to multi-task and prioritise in a busy environmentAdaptable to project requirementsExceptional written and communication skills.People skills to influence and motivate team membersRelevant experience in mixed reality (Virtual/Augmented Reality) is preferred. Experience in Project Management of small projects is desirable.
