Scantec Recruitment are working in partnership with a leading Food Manufacturing business in South Lanarkshire. We're supporting in their search for a Shift Production Supervisor to join their Operations team.
Reporting into the Manufacturing Shift Manager, This role will have the Responsibility for driving Key Performance Indicators in line with Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery and People. This role has responsibility for supporting the Shift Managers in developing a team willing to go the extra mile to strive for manufacturing excellence.
You will get the opportunity to undertake a fully funded training & development programme as well as internal leadership development courses too.
Shifts / Hours of work:
Days, 4on, 4off (06:00 - 18:00)
1. Shift Production Supervisor - Summary of responsibilities:
2. Lead by example encouraging appropriate behavioural standards in support of the companies values and culture
3. Engage, motivate, train, coach and develop a high performing team to meet/exceed performance targets and standards
4. Work flexibly with the business to manage labour for changes in production plans & support effective changeovers
5. Contribute to Short Interval Control meetings in order to drive hourly/daily performance
