Your new role
As Service Manager, you'll lead a team delivering high-quality, trauma-informed support across accommodation and community-based services. You'll ensure services are inclusive, person-centred, and responsive to the complex needs of survivors. This is a pivotal role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to driving positive outcomes.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
* Lead and develop a high-performing team of support staff
* Oversee service delivery, safeguarding, and support planning
* Manage lettings, income collection, voids, and tenancy actions
* Build strong partnerships with commissioners and third-party agencies
* Monitor KPIs and contribute to service development and tenders
* Promote equality, diversity, and psychologically informed practices
* Participate in an on-call rota to ensure 24/7 support coverage
What you'll need to succeed
* Experience in a leadership role within domestic abuse, housing, or social care
* Strong understanding of trauma-informed approaches and safeguarding legislation
* Skilled in partnership building, performance management, and service improvement
* Confident in managing budgets, reporting, and compliance
* Committed to inclusive practice and customer co-production
* Proficient in IT systems and report writing
