The Role
As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
* Supervising classes of students aged 11-16 years old during teacher absences
* Ensuring learning continues productively
* Delivering pre-planned lessons
* Managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies
* Maintaining a focused and effective learning environment

The Ideal Candidate
* Experience working with secondary aged students (qualifications not needed!)
* Confident and adaptable in a classroom setting
