About the role:
* Board support and minuting - Strong minute taking skills is a must!
* Making and maintaining good relationships with clients
* Managing Diligent Entities including share allotments/transfers/ confirmation statements
* Formation of companies and other entities
* Advising on cosec compliance and governance matters
About you:
* CGI Qualified
* At least 3-5 years working in Governance in the UK
* Good working knowledge of the Companies Act 2006
* Good working knowledge of Diligent Entities
* Knowledge of Shares
* In house/professional services experience within Cosec/Governance desirable but not essential
This role would be suitable for someone looking for great flexibility in a supportive and friendly team with a background in Cosec.
