About the Role
Reporting to the Senior Procurement Manager, you will lead sourcing strategies within your category, delivering strong commercial outcomes while effectively managing risk across complex, high‑value contracts.
* Develop and implement robust sourcing plans, tenders, and negotiations in line with policy, governance, and agreed timelines, applying advanced technical negotiation expertise
* Manage end‑to‑end tendering processes for large‑scale and strategically critical contracts
* Partner with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and align procurement activity with organisational strategy
* Contribute to category strategies and collaborate across procurement teams to maximise value and insight
* Maintain accurate contract records and produce commercial insights to support value delivery and risk mitigation
* Act as a commercial escalation point, applying expert judgement to resolve complex contractual and commercial issues
* Take ownership of your own development, support the development of others, and act as a role model for leadership behaviours and company values
About You
We are looking for a confident and commercially focused procurement professional who brings energy, credibility, and a collaborative approach to their work. You'll be comfortable operating in a complex environment, influencing a broad range of stakeholders, and delivering results at pace.
* A proven track record of developing and implementing innovative sourcing strategies
* Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build buy‑in and achieve tangible outcomes
* Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting challenging deadlines
* Practical experience of programme and change management
* Excellent problem‑solving capability, including resolving contractual and commercial issues
* Advanced negotiation expertise, with confidence operating at senior levels
