The Role:
* Support the delivery of motorsport programmes across 4-wheel and 2-wheel off-road racing
* Assist in planning and executing athlete programmes, events, and activations
* Coordinate projects across marketing and commercial teams to ensure smooth delivery
* Maintain athlete schedules, product allocation, and key programme updates (3–6 month planning horizon)
* Support project planning, tracking, and reporting across motorsport initiatives
* Manage communications and ensure timely information flow across stakeholders
* Assist with budget tracking and programme administration
* Attend events as a brand representative, supporting athletes and identifying activation opportunities
* Ensure correct branding across athletes, events, and activations
* Support relationship management with partners, athletes, and emerging talent
About You:
* Minimum 3 years’ experience in motorsport, events, marketing, or brand environment
* Strong passion for motorsport, car culture, and action sports
* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
* Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills
* Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
* Comfortable working both independently and as part of a wider team
* Proactive, hands-on, and willing to get involved in both planning and on-the-ground execution
* Strong affinity for brand-led, culture-driven environments
