What You'll Be Doing:
* Lead structural design from concept to delivery for new builds and legacy assessments.
* Mentor junior team members and support their technical growth.
* Represent the consultancy externally—manage client expectations, budgets, deliverables, site activity, and technical quality.
* Apply Eurocodes, advanced structural software (TEKLA, TEDDS, Masterseries), BIM, and FEA expertise in practical, sustainable ways.
Your Profile:
* BEng/MEng or MSc in Structural/Civil Engineering.
* Chartered or near-chartered with IStructE or ICE.
* Proven design skills in steel, concrete, masonry, and timber.
* Commercially astute, client-focused, and confident on-site.
* UK driving licence.
* Strong chartership and career development support.
