- This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative and supportive practice known for the quality of its work, loyal client base and positive working culture
- Applications are sought from Commercial Property Solicitors or Legal Executives with a minimum of 5 Years PQE
- You will manage a varied commercial property caseload with a broad client base including businesses, investors, developers and commercial enterprises.
- You will be responsible for a varied commercial property caseload to include commercial sales and acquisitions, landlord and tenant work, lease negotiations, buy:to:let transactions and development and refinancing matters
- It is essential that you have exceptional communication skills, attention to detail and work well within a team.
