Personal Assistant to the MD
Midlands (across two sites)

Loom Talent are lucky enough to be supporting an FMCG organisation based in the Midlands. They are looking for an experienced PA to join them on a permanent basis supporting the company MD for a growing organisation of around 1,000 employees.
The Role
* Act as the sole PA support within a growing business unit supporting a senior Managing Director and wider leadership team when needed.
* Manage a highly complex diary, balancing competing priorities and acting as a trusted gatekeeper for calls, meetings and requests.
* Support on additional business projects, conducting research and investigations where needed.
* Prepare high-quality documents, presentations and briefing packs (including board reports), using various platforms.
* Take ownership of meeting preparation and governance – agendas, pre‑reads, minute taking, actions and follow‑ups to ensure delivery.
* Coordinate local/UK travel and logistics and support regular weekly, monthly and quarterly meetings.
Who we are looking for
* An experienced Personal Assistant with 3+ years in a similar role.
* The ability to travel to two sites in the West Midlands on a hybrid basis.
* Experience within a blue‑collar and fast‑paced working environment.
